Day 1: Arrive in Arusha, meet guides, and complete gear check. Rest at a comfortable lodge in Arusha.
Day 2: Drive to Londorossi Gate, register with park authorities, and begin trek to Mti Mkubwa Camp through the lush rainforest.
Day 3: Trek through Shira Plateau with breathtaking views, arriving at Shira Camp 1.
Day 4: Ascend to Lava Tower (4,600m) for acclimatization, then descend to Barranco Camp.
Day 5: Tackle the Barranco Wall and continue through alpine desert landscapes to Karanga Camp.
Day 6: Trek to Barafu Camp, the base camp for the summit push. Early rest in preparation for summit night.
Day 7: Midnight ascent to Uhuru Peak (5,895m) to witness sunrise at the Roof of Africa. Descend to Mweka Camp.
Day 8: Final descent to Mweka Gate, receive summit certificates, and transfer back to Arusha.
Day 9: Departure or optional Zanzibar add-on.
